CLINICAL NUTRITION

Nutritional medicine offers a natural approach to nourish and restore health and wellbeing, helping recovery from many childhood health conditions. 

Clinical Nutritionists aim to help you identify the root cause of your health condition, providing nutritional assessment and evidence-based recommendations to improve your health and wellbeing.    

Before the consultation, you will receive an email with a comprehensive online intake form to be completed at least 24 hours before the appointment to allows a more in-depth consultation.  Where possible please provide any recent pathology test results.

During a nutritional consultation, we will review your health history, current symptoms and concerns, diet and lifestyle habits and discuss your health goals.  Together we will align on a suitable treatment plan that incorporates diet and lifestyle recommendations to empower you to care for your child’s wellbeing, along with any appropriate recipes, handouts and/or nutritional supplementation.

Follow up consultations are to help monitor your progress and support you to achieve your health goal/s. 

Common areas a Nutritionist can support your child include but is not limited to:

- Constipation, diarrhoea, tummy pain &/or bloating

- Sleep concerns

- Low energy

- Food Intolerances - Nutritional deficiencies, or Heavy Metal toxicities

- Behavioural challenges & neurodevelopment such as ADHD

- Fussy Eating, growth concerns

- Anxiety, Stress

- Immune concerns like recurring colds & flus, recurring infections

- Allergic conditions like Eczema, Asthma or Hayfever

Nutritionist can also provide support for preconception, pregnancy and postpartum
